01Rigorous QC System, Safeguarding Process Quality at Every Layer

  • Deench has a built-in comprehensive laboratory covering dimensional appearance, mechanical properties, and functional testing.

    Every batch traces raw material lot numbers via ERP. Physical samples are retained for at least one year. All inspection reports are archived electronically for long-term tracking and verification.

  • Partner factories are among the highest quality manufacturers in Taiwan and the world.

    QC extends to raw materials and processing. Taking fine-thread screws penetrating steel plates as an example, fewer than 10 factories in Gangshan can stably supply high-performance screws, and 3 of them are Deench's strategic partner.

With a OEM R&D team, Deench is capable of developing and mass-producing new screw structures，(e.g., X-Point、Deench Recess、Special Point) for different construction needs.

We continuously optimize processes and designs to balance efficiency and cost. Being able to complete custom production (development, design, trial) within 1～2 months，we significantly enhance market response speed.

  • Advanced Corrosion Protection TechnologyWe offer diverse coatings like Phosphate, Zinc, Ruspert, and E-coat. Painted surfaces pass 2000 hours / C4 Salt Spray Test；special nano-coatings achieve 1000 hours protection even on standard plating.
  • Process and Design for Strength–Toughness BalanceThrough process optimization, Deench screws possess both high strength and high toughness. We specifically reinforce hardness and torque control for drill points and fine threads, maintaining improved efficiency and durability when penetrating metal or wood.
